今日は、壬生の方面へランチに行きました。
■ぎょうざの店 龍園
1962年に創業。
地元の人に親しまれている老舗の餃子店のようです。
昭和の雰囲気が残る、昔ながらの店内です。
無音の店内には、時折、餃子の皮を作っている機械音が鳴り響いていました。
注文が入ってから、皮に餡を詰めて焼くスタイルのようです。
餃子は、１人前420円。
1,000円未満のメニューが並び、とてもリーズナブルな印象です(^-^)
●ぎょうざ定食（中）
定食には、ごはん、スープ、漬物がセットになっていました。
餃子は、12個あって、１つが大きめのサイズです。
しっかりと焦げ目がついていて、美味しそうでした(^-^)
餃子の皮は、香ばしくてモチモチの食感です。
ひとくち噛むと肉汁が溢れて、中はアツアツです。
キャベツがたっぷりで、意外とヘルシーな感じの餃子でした。
定番の餃子のタレに味噌ダレを混ぜて味変もできました。
餃子をペロリと完食です。
この定食で、800円というのは、とてもコスパが良さ目に感じました！
地元で親しまれているというのも納得です(^-^)
