二条駅南のダウンタウンにあります。昭和の香りがする店です。
年配とミドルの女性お二人でされています。餃子の皮は目の前で
作られます。餃子定食中800円にしました。
10分くらいでしょうか。スープ、御飯とともに出てきました。
餃子は全周は閉じてなくて、開いています。皮の厚み、焦げ方とかが
独特です。50年の重みを感じました。塩味はあまり無いです。
スパイス等でもっと美味しい餃子はありますが、この風情は
何ものにも代えがたいです。味噌だれも薄味なので、この店は
薄味の店と思いました。
餃子はよい香りがするので、ゴマ油で焼いているのかなと
思いました。卵スープは生姜入りです。
12時が近づくにつれ、地元の常連おじさんたちが増えてきました。
