ー帰宅途中に町中華風の外装の餃子屋を発見。
ーカウンターのみでやや狭め。餃子は前で皮を伸ばして包んで焼いてくれるスタイル。形は丸めでやや緩め。タネは野菜たっぷりでなのにジューシー。あっさりしてるから3人前くらい食べられそう。タレはよくありそうなやつと味噌ダレ？。何より卓上のラー油がめっちゃ美味しくてたまらない。
ー今度は満腹になるまで食べてみたい。焼き餃子のテイクアウトもできるみたいでこちらも利用してみたい。
