仕事も片付き、一人で軽く飲もうと利用
駅から近いのは良いですね
事前に電話で確認していたためか、店内に入るとすぐにスタッフの女性が声をかけてくださり席まで案内していただきました。他のスタッフも「いらっしゃいませ」と言ってくれます
元気が全てではないですが、気持ちの良い接客って嬉しいですね
メニュー紹介などを一通り終えた後、注文

ゴロっとしたタイプではなく、ベチョっとしたタイプです
可もなく不可もなく、普通
# レモンサワー
最近流行りの凍ったレモンがゴロゴロ入っていて中をお代わりできるタイプのやつです。
果実味があって美味しいんだけど、飲みづらい！
一手間増えるけど、レモンのカットを更に縦に半分カットしたら良くなると思う
完全に凍っているからレモンも中々柔らかくならず、、
でも、450円はこのタイプのレモンサワーの中では良心的だと思う！

塩 / タレで選べるので塩にしました
部位は忘れちゃったけどセセリが美味しい
もう少し量があるか、100円安くても良いかな
# 中々焼き
京都風のお好み焼きに牛すじが乗せられていて、中には細麺が入っています
これは美味しいです！鉄板に置くことで食感がパリパリに変わるのも楽しいし、マヨネーズや山椒で印象が変わるのもグッドです
1,080円は安いね、名物はこれくらいの値段であってほしい
接客も良いし名物も美味しいのでこれからに期待！
個人的には、下記の方向で変わってくれたら嬉しい
1. 中々焼きの派生を増やす方向でメニューを拡充
2. ポテサラはゴロっとしたタイプか、マッシュポテトタイプ
3. 単品の焼き物をもっと増やす（海鮮、つまみ系）
一品一品スタッフの方が焼いてくれるのは素晴らしいと思います
