四条大宮にある肉料理ひらいさんに初訪問。
焼肉が食べたいかと思い検索して、たまたま見つけました。
京都は焼肉と言うよりも昔ながらの肉料理屋さんが多く、美味しいお店が多いイメージ。
中に入ると、オープンキッチンでカウンターがメインのお店。
奥に掘りごたつのテーブル席がありました。
今回は二人で来たので、カウンターに。
どうやからご家族で経営されている様子。
しかし店内は満席。
これは期待できます。
メニューを見ると非常にシンプルな構成。
一通り注文しました。
どのお肉もクセがなく非常に質の良さが目立ったお肉。
いや〜
完全に当たりです。
接客も家族経営ならではのざっくばらんな感じで、一つ品切れのものがあったものの、一人前は出せないけど…と残ってる分を出してくれる臨機応変さ。
大満足です。
