ホテル地下１階の秘密の場所っぽいところにあります。
モダンで高級感があり、落ち着いた雰囲気の空間です。
限られた席しかありません。
４人掛け用が２人用にセットされています。
ですので、すごくゆったりした空間が用意されています。
隣のテーブルのお客さんが全く気になりません。
しかも私はお一人様なので、とても贅沢な時間を過ごすことができました。
メニューは「一休」で予約したグラスのシャンパンつきランチです。
ランチにシャンパン、サイコー！
冷やしてあるシャンパンをグラスに注いでくれます。
さっそくiphoneで撮影と思ったのですが、
ゆったりと食事と会話を楽しんでいるお客さんの雰囲気を壊したくなかったので、
控えていました。（シャッター音がでかい）
でも、後からきたお客さんが撮影していましたので、私も後半に少しだけ撮影できました。

パンです。
このパンが絶品です。名前は、説明があったのですが覚えれませんでした。
写真も撮影を遠慮していたのでありません。
ざっくりご説明すると、ブリオッシュのようなかたちで、表面の焼き上がりの食感を楽しむ感じです。
中は空洞でした。パイ生地ではありません。でもサクッとした食感です。おいしかったですよ。
テーブルの上がパンくずだらけになってしまうのですが、デザートの前にパンくずは掃除してくれますよ。
フランスで始めて見たときは感激したなあ。ギャルソン、サービスがスゴイって。
シャンパンを飲み干して、グラスワインの白を注文。
900円～とリーズナブルです。お値段以上においしいワインでしたよ。
しかも、ちゃんと注いでくれます。さすがブラッスリーとはちがいますね。
久しぶりに、一人で優雅な時間が過ごせました。
サービスも満点です。女性だったらきっと喜ぶと思うなあ。
タキシードのイケメンさんですよ！
デートにも最適ですよ。素敵なカップルがいましたよ。うらやましい。
ドレスコードはカジュアルでOKです。
でも、ディナーだったらジャケット、ネクタイがお店の雰囲気とマッチするような感じがします。
高級感が味わえて、肩肘張らないリラックスしながらお食事が楽しめるお店ですよ。
