さすが魯山人の面影が残っているのか、味わいのあるお店です。
ここは東急ホテルの中に入っているお店。
車で昼のランチを食べに出かけました。
ガリージは地下に有り。 ボーイに食事と伝えると、車の置くところを教えてくれます。
時間は午前１１時２０分に着き、早速テーブルに案内され、メニューを。。。
時間が早かったため、一番乗り・・・・・・・・
二人で、ランチと堀川ランチをオーダー。
ランチは、麻婆豆腐、点心、スープ、ザーサイ、ライス＜おかわりOK＞
堀川ランチは、前菜、点心、スープ、ザーサイ、ライス＜おかわりOK＞、選べる２品
お水が出てくるのかのと思い、待っていたら、定員さんが温かいお茶か、冷たいお茶か？と言われたので、温かいのと、冷たいのを、一つずつ頼みました。
ハーブティでした。
まぁここの麻婆豆腐は、深みのある味です。
四川風で、山椒の深みはなかなかのものです。
東京の渋谷の、陳の麻婆豆腐とは二分をします。
同じ料理で、まったく違った料理にも思えます。
四川だけに、辛めですが、ご飯にかけて食べるのが、最高です。。。。。。
思わずおかわりをしました。
堀川の方は、えびとセロリの炒め物と、牛肉のオイスターソース炒めをオーダー。
えびは、プリプリ感が味合えます。
肉の方は、柔らかくて甘味のある味わいでした。
ここに着たら、絶対に麻婆豆腐をオススメします。
おかわりも定員さんが気配りをして、どうですか？っと声をかけてくれるので、お茶も頼みやすいですよ。
