今日は東急ホテルで「フカヒレの姿煮ランチ」3,234円を頂きました。フェアで7千円程度のものが使用されているそうです。
東急ホテルは不便な場所にあり初めて行きましたが，ホテル内は随分豪華で驚きました。それだけでも楽しめました！フカヒレは「フカ加工食品」としてゼラチンの作り物がほとんどですが当然本物です。
そんな豪華なホテルのランチでしたが，店内は女性客で一杯！しかも皆フカヒレ喰っている～] サメさんが絶滅の危機になるのは当然か･･･
さて，お味のほうは，イメージとは少し違って以外に15センチ程度で小さいものでしたが，ゼラチン質の繊維の塊で独特な食感は貴重なものであることが分かりました！サメさんごめんなさいと思いながら頂きました。
デザートは可愛く全体的には豪華でしたが量的には少ないですね。しかし気分だけでも十分楽しめ内容から考えると良いと思いますね。
