以前から訪ねてみたかった、中華レストラン。
星ヶ丘という事で北大路魯山人と関係あるのかと思っていたんですが、、、
予約で17時から入店しましたが、年末でお客さんの姿もチラホラ？
今回は初めてなので、ボリュームが分からないしメニューセレクトコースを注文。
席に付く最初に出していただいたジャスミン茶が、
すごく香りが良くて、寒い外から凍えていた身体を温めてくれました。
出来れば、ポットごとテーブルの上に置いていただきたかったのですが、、、
メニューセレクトコースは6品プラスデザート！
三種の前菜、車海老とキノコの塩炒め、白身魚の甘酢あんかけ、
皮付き豚バラの角煮、青梗菜と椎茸の炒め物、クリーミー担々麺、杏仁豆腐
を注文し、順にいただきました。
味はそれぞれ薄味で、上海料理風？美味しかったです。
前菜のクラゲは、歯ざわりコリコリで最高！
角煮はトロトロで、白いご飯が欲しいくらい！
担々麺は、最初癖になる辛い方を注文しようとしていたのですが、
相当辛いという事でクリーミーな方にしました。
正解でした。
クリーミーな方でも結構辛かったです。でも、美味しかったですよ。
麺料理だけ一人ずつ分けて供されてきました。
今度は、オーダーバイキングを注文しようと思います。
更に他のメニューも注文できるし、
常連の方々は最初からオーダーバイキングのようです。
お勧めです。
