夜のコースのみ数回リピート。個室利用。
東京の永田町近く、溜池山王にあった旧キャピトル東急ホテルに入っていた中華料理店の関西出店。
東京に向かった際はキャピトル東急が常宿にしていたため、東京店では度々御世話になった。
関西に出店と聞き、意気揚々と向かってみた。
初回は、ちょうど台湾の国賓大飯店とのコラボレーションプランが開催されており、
それを頂いてみた。
国賓大飯店の最上階の四川料理の店は本当に美味しいのだが、
それが星ヶ丘のカラーとどうコラボするのが興味津々だった。
コースを頂いていている途中でわかったのだが、これは国賓大飯店の料理長のプレート、
これは星ヶ丘の味とわかったためスタッフに尋ねてみると、やはり総合監修的なコラボではなく
コース内でプレートごとに分かれているとのこと。
しかし、それが絶妙のマッチングで大変美味しい。
そして、フカひれの姿煮は、まさに「星ヶ丘」とも言うべき味。
東京まで行かなくても近くで頂けるようになったことに感謝。
また、企画ものをチョイスしないなら、「料理長のお勧め」のコースを選ぶべき。
中華の時は家族でも個室を予約する場合がほとんどだが、
きちんと教育されたスタッフにより、絶妙のタイミングでサービスが流れていく点も満足。
食事を提供する場においては、料理は勿論のこと、
スタッフの態度や言葉づかい、身なりも味や値段のうち。
料金だけは一人前でも駄目な店も数多く存在している。
また、京都の一番の悩みは市内の渋滞と駐車場だが、一番混む場所を通らなくても到着でき、
大阪からだと車でのアクセスも良い。
そういう意味においては、トータルな点において安心して使える店の一つである。
