11月下旬に予約なしで2人で入店。
17時開店と同時に入店したので店内はガラガラ、のはずが奥のテーブル席に既に3人の若い女性が! 「えっ何で!」
開店前にお店の前には私たち以外には何方も居なかったはずなので、それ以前から入店していたことになので変な感じがしました。
たまたま調理の様子が見える席に座ったので何気なく見ていました。
調理の材料は殆どが調理済みの冷凍状態で火を通すだけで良い状態。
これ自体は悪いことでは無いと思います、品質が一定に保てたり、火の入れ方さえ上手くすれば問題は無いと思います。
が、簡単な自炊程度の経験しか無い私でも「なんだこれ?」と思うような焼き上がり。
串ものは火の通り方が偏り、肉詰めピーマンに至ってはピーマンが異常に黒焦げ。
鶏レバーは血が滴っている部分が有り食べ残しました。
若い店員さんが二人でしたが、よほど体調でも悪かったのでしょうか?
