久々にお昼に訪問。
1人なので一階のカウンターで。
もちろん餃子と炒飯の飛車角コンビ。
やはり餃子のレベルが高いよね。特徴的な焼け目に具の雰囲気。とても好き。
一皿は醤油ラー油、もう一皿は酢コショウ。この二つを使い分けるのが最高。
もちろん炒飯との相性マル。
