阪急電鉄 京都本線 大宮駅から徒歩で数分の立地。
1F席はカウンター席の構成。2Fへは行きませんでしたが、テーブル席のようでした。
店員さんに案内されて着席し、メニューを見て注文し、退店時に伝票をレジへ持っていって会計するスタイルです。
今回は、忘れられない中華そばセットを注文しました。
忘れられない中華そばは、背脂がたっぷりですが、スープはアッサリとした口当たりで、優しい醤油味でした。
麺は中太麺、トッピングはチャーシュー、メンマ、ネギ、なると、海苔の構成です。
チャーハンは、卵、チャーシュー、ネギを具材としたパラパラのチャーハン。味付けもちょうどよく、箸が進みます。
そして、餃子の王将さんと言えば、餃子。こんなに大きかったっけ？と思うくらい大振りで、餡がたっぷりでした。皮はパリッと焼き上がり、中の餡はジューシーでとても美味しかったです。
どれも美味しい料理ばかりでした。
次回は、他のメニューを注文してみようと思います。
