おでんは、冬季（聖護院大根が手に入る期間）のみ |
平日の夜に行きました。
こちらのお店は、駅からは少し離れているので、タイミングがなければ中々行けなかったです。
入り口からわかる
ホンマに、老店
味が出てるのが、入り口で感じます。
お店に入ると、L型のカウンター席
10人も入ったら満席。
ビールが大瓶
熱燗や焼酎のお湯割りなど、おでんに合うお酒が飲めるお店。
おでんの具がたくさんありますが、こちらのお店に必ず食べないとダメな一品が、大根
この大根が、冬の美味しい時期にしか、おでんをしないと、こだわりの女将さん。
タコがまた美味しい。
夏メニューと冬メニューに分かれます。
おでんの大根は、出汁が染みていて、大根の甘みがマッチしていて、からしを付けて食べてもよい。
スジや他の具材も出汁が染みてます。
黒板メニューには、日替わりメニューがありますので、こちらもチェックします。
マグロのお刺身は、赤身の味が最高でした。
また行きたいです。冬、寒いけどね
