おでんは、冬季（聖護院大根が手に入る期間）のみ |
１６０３３１ １９時に来訪。先客１名。
残念ながらシーズンが終わってしまっていたため、おでんは味わえませんでしたが、キリンの瓶ビール大と大皿料理の煮豚(脂身、赤身)、肉じゃがと女将さんの暖かな接客でホッコリとなごめました。
時間があまりなかったため、４０分ほどの滞在でしたが､色々と面白いお話しお聞きすることが出来ました。
再訪確定です。
なお、聖護院大根にこだわったおでんはだいたい１１～３月中旬頃までとのこと。
お聞きすると朝６時に練炭を炊き始め、１７:３０の回転まで火加減調整しつつ煮込むようです。
新野１時就寝で睡眠時間５時間！！
本当に頭が下がる思いです。
