壬生の裏通りに佇む稀有の串料理屋
この日、思わぬ入客があり素材が足りないとのこと。
予約もない一見の客をないがしろにすることのない丁寧な対応に頷き入店。
本来のコースの本数は用意できないが、できるだけのことはするという店主の接客姿勢に感心です。
冒頭から、気を良くしカウンターに座りました。
また、店主とともに女将さんの接客も愛想の良さでは引けを取りません。
これは料理も間違いないとの確信を得ます。
軽い一口前菜の後にミニ茶そばが出てきて意表を突きます。
その後、コースの串揚げが開始。
およそ本数にして12～3本ほど、どれも繊細な手の込んだ下処理がなされてます。
途中、ビールから日本酒にスイッチ。
オーダーした銘柄が切れたとのことで、同じ味わいの特別酒を勧めてくれます。
きちんと温度管理された純米酒は、至極の味わいです。
〆には自家製のデザートが出され、満足のコースが完結しました。
再訪間違いなしです。

今日は、木彫りのお猪口を出していただきました。
飲み口の極めて薄いお猪口、職人さんの技が光ります。
グラスで言えばリーデルのようなもの。
美味しいお酒がより一層美味しくなります。
コースは揚げ物ばかりが続くのではなく、途中に工夫を凝らした箸休めが入ります。
次々と吟味された素材が繰り出され、飽きることがありません。
