鶏のすき焼き
初体験の鶏のすき焼き
町家を改装しており、雰囲気はバッチリ。
鶏のスープはやっぱり美味しい。
蒸し鶏、それに煮込む前に目の前の鍋で焼いた鶏も
美味しい。
もちろん、すき焼きもおすすめだけあり美味しかった。
〆のたまごかけご飯は
もちろん必須。

これで3度目くらいの訪問です。
こちらの名物というか、メインは本来水炊きなんです。
しかし、どうしても鶏すき焼きを食べようという事になります。
私の周りではこちらのお店で水炊きを食べた事がある人はいません。笑
しかし、この日の他のお客さん達は皆水炊きでした。
まずは前菜と美味しい鶏ハム。
そして鶏スープ。
ハムもスープもかなり美味しいです。
その間に鉄板で鶏を焼いてくれます。
ひとまずお塩でいただきます。
ほどほど焼きでいただいた後は
いよいよすき焼き調理です。
しばらく待って出来上がると、見た目は牛のすき焼きです。
しかし具材は鶏肉。
またこれが結構美味しいんです。
シメの卵かけご飯までいって
とても満腹になりました。
