散策している時に見つけたお店。水炊きが人気があるようなので、水炊きコースにしました。スープは季節によって味を調整しているようで、夏場なのでさっぱりした感じになっていました。鶏肉も美味しかったです。
最後の雑炊もふわふわした食感で美味しかったです。
調理は人がやってくれるのですが、お皿の片づけがちょっとせかされている感がありました。せめて、食べ終わったのを見届けてから下げて欲しい。帰りは板長さんが入口まで送ってくれたりと丁寧でした。
