チェーン店なので、評価が高くない傾向があるようですが、この店舗の口コミ評価をみると、3.09っておかしくないですか？？
単純に平均を取っていないのは知ってますが。。
この店舗だからというのは、特にありません。
鳥貴族全体と言い換えても同じなのですが、居酒屋の280円均一料金でこのクオリティーとボリュームは、すごいです。
初めて出会った頃は衝撃的でした。
嬉しくなって、当時いろんな人に紹介して回りました。
天狗の元店長と同伴してみると、同じ業種なので、いろいろ気になるご様子。
このメニューなら自分の店ならこの価格はとるとか、国産手打ちは絶対嘘とか、ただただ衝撃的だったようです。
自分が現役の時に近くにとり貴族が登場していたらゾッとすると語っていました。
と言いながらも一番飲み食いしていたのはビールでしたが。。ドリンクもお得すぎると喜んでました。笑
春夏限定として、温玉そばがあったのですが、わさびを漬物にしたような多少人工的なわさびが旨味があり個人的には好みでした。
蕎麦のコシもあり、出汁の旨味と相待って美味しかったです。
普通のそばなら3杯食べられる価格なので、お昼間に、2杯食べられたらハッピーになれます。
鶏白湯ラーメンは、以前は塩分が狂気じみて高くお湯を足してスープを飲んだものでしたが、たぶん分量に誤りがあったのだと思います。
久々に頼んでみると、以前のような鶏の旨味やコラーゲンのとろみは無くなっており、塩分もここまで下がる！？っていうほど、薄味になっていてまるっきりインスタントの塩ラーメンかと思いました。
改善かもしれませんが、以前の旨味に戻してほしいですね。
