平日の夜に初訪問しました。
狙いは「特上タン塩」一択。
量は少なく、質で勝負の夜といった感じでしょうか。
午後6時前の宵の口だったので、その時はまだ店内貸切状態でした。
のっけから「特上タン」をお願いするつもりがつい浮気心が起き、先にお疲れさまセットをオーダー。
これは本日のおつまみにドリンクがセットになったお得な内容でした。
一日お疲れさまセット 800円
小鉢三皿＋ドリンク一杯（ビンビール、上澄みは除く）
ピリ辛ゴボウ、ナムル、甘辛い味付けの豚足に舌鼓を打ち、次はいよいよお待ちかねの「特上タン塩」です。
特上タン塩(数量限定) 1,200円
見た目にきめ細やかなサシが入った極上品です。
しかし残念ながらの冷凍ものでした。（冷凍庫から出したてほやほや）
これでは表面をさっと焼いてレアでいただく食べ方が出来ません。
素材は良いのにとっても残念でした。
ピークタイムなら絶対にこんな事にはならないと思いたい。
次回は混雑時に飛び込んでみます。
