この日の任務は京都の台所
中央卸売市場の場内です
数ヵ月前に近くの大衆食堂で朝ごはんを食べたことがあったのですが、その時もちょっと気になっていた中華のお店で今回は朝ごはんです
お店は市場の場内にあり早朝6:00から営業されています
この日は7:00少し前に訪問です
朝からでもラーメンのセットや定食ものもいただけるようでしたが、店頭に目立つ張り紙で朝定と記されていたメニューが気になりました

玉子かけご飯とスープとお漬物のセットです
提供時間は6:00～10:00までのようです
待つこと暫しで着丼です
玉子かけご飯の眺めがスペシャルです
海苔と漬物が別皿で添えられていてめちゃ美味しそうです！
カウンターにラーメンのタレと書かれた醤油さし的な物がありそこには玉子かけご飯にもどうぞと書かれています
中華の調味料なんかな～？とも思いましたが意外と玉子かけご飯にぴったりな感じの醤油でしたね
スープは中華スープにお味噌を溶いたん？ってぐらいなんか和な感じの、でもちょっと中華な感じなあっさりスープです
具材もラーメン用のチャーシューなんでしょうか？しっかりしたサイズの豚肉が入ってます
でもこのスープ、いや味噌汁と言っても過言ではないかもは私は好きでしたよ！
量的にも朝飯にはジャストな適量です
お店の雰囲気もいい感じで朝から明るい気持ちになります
