香来さんの中央市場店で、お昼に香来麺を大辛、野菜増し、ニンニク入りでいただきました。
かなり味の濃い味噌っぽいスープは、たっぷりのもやしと、挽肉、食感の良い平打ち麺とよくマッチしています。
写真ではあまり見えませんが、これでもかと荒微塵にした唐辛子（四川料理でよくあるやつ）が入っています。もやしをある程度先に食べないと、もやしに大量の唐辛子が絡んで食べにくいので要注意。辛さは良かったけど、それを考えると大辛にしなくてもいいかな。
上品であっさり目の味がお好きな方には、とてもお勧めできませんが、個人的には、かなりお気に入りです。特に平打ち麺（関東だと、よくタンメンで使われるやつ）が最高。
たぶん次回も香来麺を頼むと思います。
