期間限定 苺シフォンケーキ始めました。檸檬のケーキは国産小麦粉、新鮮な卵と米油だけを使った手作りのシフォンケーキ。定番の檸檬、バニラ、プレーン、抹茶、紅茶、米粉、チョコ、ブルーベリー、バナナの９種。 テイクアウトもドリンクだけのカフェもOK！ |
毎朝、前を通っては気になっていたけれど
夕方は閉まるのでなかなか行けなかったお店。
常に薄暗い感じではあったので
いつ空いてるのか分かりにくく、
以外とランチもディナーもカフェも
されていることにびっくり。
女性客がぽつ、ぽつ、おられる。
ひとりでゆっくりカフェできそう。
シフォンケーキがテイクアウトできるので
初めての今日はとりあえずお持ち帰りで。
5種類の味とそれに生クリームが挟んであるもの
どちらも300円。
檸檬シフォンケーキ 300
ふわふわ生地の中からちょっと出てくるレモンピールが
すごくいいアクセントで美味しい♡
愛媛大三島のレモンピールと北海道小麦で
手作りされたシフォンケーキ。
紅茶シフォンケーキ(生クリーム) 300
想像通りではあるけれど、裏切らない味。
紅茶のスッキリした感じと生クリームで最後まで
重たくなく食べやすい。
クリームが入ってないものならおもたせに良さそう。
あまり価格の比較対象はないけれど…
200円台ならもっと手が出しやすそう。
