2024年2月 京都出張時にこくとんラーメン 特製 並1200円をいただきました。
スープは、豚骨らしいですが、ブシを感じました？ すこし泡立ててあり、濃厚な感じでは無いですね。
麺は、香りが強いです。スープよりは随分強いように感じました。
チャーシューは、外側にブラックペッパーがまぶしてありますが、辛くないです。旨みもそれほど強くなく食べやすいです。厚みがあり、沢山あるので、食べきれず 1枚残してしまいました。
味玉は、ほぼ半熟ゆで卵ですね。
どうやら百名店への期待値が大きすぎたせいか、残念な気持ちでした。
