三条会商店街にあるお店。
この日は寄ろうと思っていたケイゾー(系列すべて)が閉まっていて、じゃぁパンスケープに行こうと思って行ったら閉まっていた。ので、久しぶりにこちらのお店へ。
開店当初は近くに住んでいたので購入する機会もあったけれど、特段、ここでなきゃダメ感はなく、遠ざかっていたお店。
久しぶりに食べてみて…おいしくなってる！
ブリオッシュ生地のクリームパン 250円
生地にこだわってつくられた商品ということが何かの記事で紹介されていたので気になって購入。
持った感じはずっしり重め。
さっくりしたバニラビーンズ入りクリームがたっぷり！パン生地は薄い。一体感あって、さらさらと食べきれる。
バゲット 280円
18時間発酵させている生地とのこと。
持ち帰っている間もずっといい香り。
翌日、リベイクして。
パリッもちっで、ほどよい塩気、風味もしっかり。
クリームチーズとラムレーズンのベーグル 250円
そこまでむちむちではないけれど、ふわとしすぎてるわけでもない、食べやすい食感。
クリームチーズとレーズンたっぷり。
合計780円+税63
食パン、菓子パン、ハード系と種類豊富。
ベーグルの何種類か並んでいた。
手の出しやすい値段も嬉しい。
おいしかった。
