業界では名高い純血但馬血統万葉牛の京都で唯一の認定店でもあるこちらのお店、
コースも3200円からありますが今回はアラカルトで注文。

超濃厚なブランド卵「蘭王」が
肉肉しいのに柔らか〜いハラミにたっぷり絡んでめっちゃ(ﾟдﾟ)ｳﾏｰ
プルップルの近江牛ホソも必食。
洗い出汁と塩昆布でいただくと噛むたびに肉汁大洪水でこちらもめっちゃ(ﾟдﾟ)ｳﾏｰ
美しいサシの入った薄切りロースに
おろしポン酢がのった片面のみ5秒焼きの5秒ロースも
甘くてとろける極上大トロ肉の極上肉寿司も絶品。
器一面をレモンに覆われたレモン冷麺でさっぱり大満足の〆。
カウンターだけでなくテーブル席、個室も完備。
