京都二条城の南にある珈琲二条小屋さんへ伺いました。焙煎は浅煎りから深煎りまで、アイスもホットも選べて、丁寧に目の前でドリップいただけます。
休日地下鉄と徒歩でこちらに伺いました。
地下鉄二条城駅から近く所にあります。
ツレと二人で注文したのは、
・コヤブレンド ホットで 410円
・タンザニア 浅煎り アイスで 480円
これらをシェアしていただきました。
・ブレンド
意外と深煎り。
たっぷりの28gの豆量から、1カップ分のコーヒー抽出。
温度は低めの85度。かなり粗挽き。
たっぷりの豆で、比較的温度低く、粗挽き。
さっといいところのみ抽出する感じ。
丸みのある苦味とボディ強く、甘味も。
ネガティブな雑味なくスッキリ。
後味はチョコレート感が残ります。
・タンザニア
浅煎りをアイスで。
アイスティーのような、果実フレーバー酸味感
苦味はほとんどなく、ボディもそれなり。
メニューには、浅煎りから深煎りまで、
ホットとアイス両方がいただけるのが良いです。
目の前での抽出はプアオーバー（ハンドドリップ）で
ペーパーフィルター。
ホットはカリタの三つ穴を利用、アイスはカリタの一つ穴を利用されてました。
木の掘っ建て小屋。皮のコースター。裸電球。
ジャズのトリオがゆったり流れる癒し空間。
スタンドでいただくのですが、意外とほっこりできました。
