今日のランチは、「かれー屋 ひろし」。
京都市中京区馬代通上ノ下立売通交差点上ル、府立体育館の南にあるスープカレー屋さん。
特殊な料理の専門店からか特徴的な外観です。
店内は木が基調になっていますが椅子は黒い金属製です。
メニューには親切に順番が書いてあります。魚介だしに惹かれて、「エビとアサリのスープカレー（４辛口、ライス少なめ、トッピングなし）」１４００円にします。
テーブルにはおしぼりやティッシュがセットされています。お冷やも出してくれますがお代わりはセルフのようです。
スプーンとフォークが特徴的です。
スープカレーが登場してスパイスの香りが広がります。木のボウルはガラ入れです。
大きなエビが２尾と殻付きのアサリがゴロゴロと入っていてスパイスとダシの旨みがマッチしています。
４辛口はちょうど良い感じでせす。
大きな野菜がたっぷり入っています。お芋にしてもなすにしてもこんな大きな野菜をかぶりつくのかと思ったら、意外なほど柔らかくてスプーンで簡単に切れます。スープカレーの正しい食べ方は分かりませんが、一口サイズにした野菜とカレーをにライスかけていただきます。
謎なのがアオサらしき食材。磯の香りの為なのか、他のメニューにも入っているか、とにかくカレーに入っているのを見るのも味わうのも初めてです。悪くはないですが不思議な食感になります。
京都で珍しい専門店で、スープカレーとはどんなものか経験できました。
