平日開店５分前に到着、ポールポジションGET。
が、後には誰も列ばず一人で入店し牡蠣そばをオーダー。
待っていると次から次へとお客さんが来られてアッと言う間に満席に。
５分ちょいで着丼。
鶏と醤油の澄んだスープを一口、牡蠣の旨みがじわ〜っと。
めっちゃ旨い。
麺は麺屋棣鄂製の旨いやつ。
初めは牡蠣ペーストを混ぜずにいただき、途中から少しずつペーストをスープに溶かしながらいただきましたが牡蠣好きにはたまらない美味しさにスープ一滴も残さず完食。
次回は違うメニューにも挑戦したいと思います。
