As of 2023/02 ・Charshu noodles 1,120 yen ・Rice 100 yen Well, I've been eyeing this place for a few months now, thinking that I might be able to have some good Ramen for lunch. Finally visited today. It's Izakaya (Japanese-style bar), or Yakitori (grilled chicken skewers), where you take off your shoes, but it's not a Ramen restaurant. It's topped with plenty of char siu, which is a little beyond rare. I prefer this level of rarity. Now, let's take a quick look at the soup. yeah? My thinking can't keep up with the viscosity, taste, and color. In one word: delicious! If I had to add, it's closer to Tenichi than chicken paitan. Although it doesn't have a grainy feel to it, the scum has been neatly removed, but the soup is rich and delicious. The noodles are straight thin noodles that are a little thick. Is it because Kyoto has so many green onions? The rice is also beautiful. Thank you for the meal. I think I will visit again.
