May 20, 2023 If you visit after 11:30 on a Saturday, there will be a long line. There were no customers in front of me, but the number of customers gradually increased as they replaced me. I ordered chicken paitan Ramen. It takes about 5 minutes to arrive at the bowl. The soup is thick and quite rich. It has a lot of peppery taste. Rather than being rich, it felt like it was rich with a lot of fat. The noodles don't have much character. This area isn't a Ramen shop, so I have no choice. The char siu is firm. It had a pretty strong taste.
