こちらのシェフ有馬さんは、京都・老舗洋食フレンチの名店萬養軒さんで10数年料理長をされていた経歴の持ち主と聞いたので、わざわざ探してお店に訪問ました。
こちらは京都の中京区壬生地区
四条大宮から西に歩くと、約五分
四条通りに面して南側に有りました。
