October 2022 Breakfast at the hotel where we stayed on a group trip. I stayed for 3 nights and used it 3 times. It seems that the general public can also use it. The price is 2,200 yen including tax. Mainly Obanzai in Kyoto. Although there is a wide variety of items, the obanzai is exactly the same for all three days. Obanzai may sound nice, but it is basically a staple dish at home. There doesn't seem to be anything unique to Kyoto. I got bored with it after one day, so I had curry on the second and third days. However, this curry has no toppings. I wanted to get some protein, so I had hot spring eggs. Most of the customers are group travelers. Seats will be assigned by staff. I thought the restaurant would be arranged so that social distancing could be maintained, but each person had to share a large table by the window. You'll almost bump elbows with your neighbor. How about this? While there weren't many tourists from overseas yet, I happened to sit across from a couple from Germany and France. Good at using chopsticks. Looks like it's been practiced. The obanzai is also delicious. The yen is cheap, so go and buy a lot!
