最近もちもち生地が受けているのでしょうか？
石窯、ハンドトスっぽいですが、生地の発酵も甘く
モチっとするだけの生地でせっかくの石窯が台無しです。
ランチは女性向けなのか抜群に量が少ないです。
１枚が一人前にもならないピザに需要はあるのかな？
と思いましたが、いろいろ食べられて楽しいのかもしれない・・・
一番驚いたのがランチにステーキっぽいメニューがあったのですが
タレが市販の焼肉のたれ、肉100gぐらいで小皿にライスちょこっと乗って
スープ無く１０００円超えはどうかしていると思ったわけです。
チーズも具材もこの金額ならもう少し良いものを使ってもいいいと思います。
ちょっと残念なお店でした。
