京都はパン屋さんが多い街。街のあちらこちらにパン屋さんが。しかもレベルが高い。この「kurs」さんもその一つ。たまたま、同志社大学界隈を歩いているときに見つけました。お店のドアを開けるとたくさんのパンの札が。訪問するのが遅すぎたようです。残り少ないパンの数。
その中でも定番の「クロワッサン」はサクッとした生地が香ばしくバターの香りたっぷり。生地はもちもちとしていていい食感。珍しいところで金柑入りのパン「kinkan」。ハード系のパン生地の中に金柑が織り込んであり、これが意外にも合うんです。ほんのり柑橘系の甘さがうまい。もう一つは、「オマージュ」を購入。
どれもレベルの高い美味いパンでした。朝に行くべき店です。
