あのバンヤンツリー・グループが日本へ初進出。その一つがギャリア二条城京都です。
今回の京都訪問で宿泊しました。全25室のスモール・ラグジュアリー・ホテルでフロントガラス前の庭が素晴らしくてインスタ映えします。
朝食付きの宿泊だったので、朝は一階のレストランであるSingularでいただくことになりました。
予約時から朝食メニューが気になっていました。今回はwell being breakfastとsingular breakfastをそれぞれ注文しました。
well beingのコースではCOCOLOのオーガニックグラノーラが素晴らしかったです。鴨のコンソメスープも秀逸でした。全体的に素材を全国各地から選りすぐり、提供しているのでバランスの取れた美味しい朝食をいただくことができました。
singularのKursさんのパン・ド・ミも素晴らしかったです。
充実した満足感のある朝食になりました。
