前回、とある場所で食べたえげつなくうまいカルボナーラを探し求めてここへ来た。ただ、残念ながら今はやっていないとのこと。正確にはたまに復活する時はありそうやけどあのカルボナーラはいろんな背景があってうまれた商品っぽい。まあいつかどこかで巡り会えたらいいなと思い、、もう一つの目的のしそスパを頼んだ。クレソンのサラダも。あとは白ワインボトルで。
クレソンうまい。。３件目やったけどお口直しにちょうどいい。白ワインとクレソン。
しそスパがきた。見た目のインパクトがすごい！そして香りも抜群や。あっさりすっきりしてるからガツガツ食べれる。なかなかにハイパフォーマンスな一品。
メニューも多いし今度は一件目で来たいなー。
そしてまたカルボナーラとで会える日があれば嬉しい。過去1うまかったカルボナーラ。
