めっちゃ美味しかったです、関西で上位に行けるポテンシャルあります！
◎厨房やってた店員のお兄さん、支払い対応、お見送りもとても丁寧でした！
今の味は
▲台湾料理の薬味が苦味になってて惜しい
▲麺が細いか、少しやわらかい、
▲スープは美味しいのに、少しとろみが足らない。そこは惜しい。一段上がった人気店になっていくには、ここが課題
▲ゴマかな。そぼろの量かな？何かが少し足りない。、
普段、東京で行く店はここなのですが、
坦々麺は濃いほどに美味しい。
