2022年7月28日 水曜日の夜6時過ぎに訪問しましたが、先客4名で、店内は大忙しの状況でした。
ご主人一人では、一度にいろいろなメニューを作るのは確かに厳しいか？
注文は、家系を券売機で購入し、店内で数分待ちました。
かたづけた席に座ってすべて普通とお願いします。
着丼は早かった。
スープはあっさり目であるが、鶏油が濃厚でこってり感をかもしだしている。
卓上の玉ねぎとゴマを投入！
最後は酢を少し入れて、あっさり目にして完食しました。
