しかし難点としては
朝6:30からの営業だったり
朝7:30からの営業だったりする。
結局 観光の時間が稼げず仕舞いで
その朝食の為に団体旅行客とスタートダッシュが
同じ時間になる事が多い。
しかしこの店は6:30スタート。
誰もいない朝の京都観光で時間を稼げます。
冷凍物を使用しせず
本当に市場から仕入れたものを安価に提供してくれる。
日替わりの朝食は880円。(ご飯おかわり100円)
自家製の味噌汁は薄い。
味が薄いのに
美味い。
いかに市販の味噌の塩分が多いかを思い知らされる。
1オクターブ上げた女将さんの接客と笑顔
シャイな店主の指さばき・包丁さばき
席が4席しか無いのが唯一の難点だけど
知っていると武器になる店です。
