今年の6月6日にオープンされたこちらのお店、一度訪れたのですが臨時休業をされており今日はリベンジ！
少し離れたコインパーキングにクルマを停めお店へと向かいます。
到着したのは12時少し前、お店を入った所にある注文カウンターで「ABCバーガー」(1,760円)を注文し2階席で出来上がりを待ちます。
白いお皿に乗せられABCバーガーには、肉厚なパテにとろけるチェダーチーズ、アボカド、ベーコン、厚切りされたトマトにレタスを厚みのあるバンズで挟まれています。
ペーパーにバーガーを挟み大きな口を開けかぶりつくとジューシーなフレッシュトマトのジュースと肉厚で柔かいパテから肉汁が溢れ出ます。
更にねっとりクリーミーなアボカド、香ばしいベーコンが合わさりとろけたコクのあるチェダーチーズがパテに絡みつき濃厚な味わいに！そこに柔らかくモチっとしたバンズも合わさります。
パテは京都和牛を100%使い繋ぎなしで作られ程よい塩味を効かせる事で肉旨みが更に引き立てられておりパテのクオリティーの高さが感じられる美味しいバーガーでした。
