There are so many Yakitori (grilled chicken skewers) restaurants in Kyoto City, but there are still a few new ones opening here and there. This is also a new Yakitori (grilled chicken skewers) restaurant that has only recently opened. The atmosphere seemed to be nice, and I've often heard people say it was delicious, so I made a reservation and three of us went there. The store is long in the back, typical of Kyoto, with table seats in the front and counter seats facing the wall in the back. It seems to be popular as expected, and this time I was only able to reserve a seat at the counter... Highballs are carefully selected, such as those from the foot of Mt. Fuji and those from the land. Cheers with Riku's highball and order some Yakitori (grilled chicken skewers)! You can purchase from 1 piece. The food is cooked in the back and served rapidly, but the speed is fast! The ``kokoro'' is large and plump, without any stickiness, and is juicy and goes well with the sauce. ``Bonjiri'' is also cooked well and is really juicy! Even though Kimo is half-raw, it has no smell at all and is delicious. It's a must-try. Both the ``peaches'' and ``negima'' were juicy, and the skin was grilled to a crispy texture. The meatballs were also fluffy and delicious. All of Yakitori (grilled chicken skewers) was grilled a little rare, and I could imagine that they took great care in grilling it. We had fried chicken, potato salad, and curry to finish the meal, and all of the dishes were impeccable! However, it is also true that I felt that something was missing... It's a "live feeling". I thought it would be a good idea to show them the grilling area. Of course, it has the advantage of not being smelly, but I thought it would be a bit lonely to have a counter facing the wall when I was eating delicious Yakitori (grilled chicken skewers).
