猪豚って一般に馴染みの無い食材なのかもしれません。猪豚とは、猪と豚のあいのこ。名物の猪豚バーベキューは、柔らかさ、臭みの無さ、ジューシーさ、すべてにおいて大満足の逸品です。
店内に入ると、飛騨の山小屋のような雰囲気でとっつきにくい面もありますが、3回行けばこの店の虜になること間違いない。
