高瀬川の西側、六角西木屋町を少し上がったところにあるお店です。
40年前に来て以来の再訪です。このお店ができたのは70年前といいますから、戦後すぐの時にできたお店ですね。
店内の雰囲気も昭和そのもので、帳場の近くにかかっている電話機も黒い壁掛け型のやつです（河原町西木屋町のフランソワ喫茶室にもありますね）。
食事の後だったため、ふかした里芋とお手製の辛子蓮根をいただきました。
こ上がりの席もあって、そこに座りたい気持ちもありましたが、一人ですから無理ですよね。
