こちらはビブグルマンではなく
本物のミシュランを取得している
本物の京都の店。
ランチタイムに予約した。
旧盆明けは観光地ゆえに休みが集中するので
その後に訪問した。
よくある京町家なんやけど
ここまで「鰻の寝床」を維持している店は少ない。
暑さ対策もありしっかりと打ち水も撒かれている。
予約した時間よりも早目に着いてしまった。
お店までの細いアプローチには趣も隙がない。
ミシュラン取るだけのことはある。
カウンターに通される。
ふと右側に目をやると
枯山水、神社の祠？
何れも京都らしい空間。
梅酒(ウエルカムドリンク)
上品な器に入った梅酒は氷もたっぷり。
なので途中から氷も少しずつ溶けて
合間に変化を楽しみながら飲める。

先付け ゼリーよせ
中揚げ湯葉、玉蜀黍、モロッコ豆、パプリカ
じつに涼し気な一品。
気持ちが一気に和むみ、落ち着いた。

本来ならば長男が継ぐところ
飲んでなくなってしまうものを造るのは嫌だと
東大を出て建築家になり
次男の蔵之介さんは神戸大農学部まで出たのに
突然俳優になってしまい
三男の方が継いでいるという。
聚楽第という名前らしく
金色が施されているのがそれらしくてええ。
鱸の照り焼き・だし巻き・鱧皮
・黒豆(夏ずきん)・万願寺青唐辛子
・さつま揚げのレモン煮
焼き茄子と鯛のあら炊き
まさに海と陸の旨味のマリアージュ。
この優しく滋味深い出汁は
恐らくずっと飲んでいられる。

ああ、この宴も終わってしまう。
一抹の寂寥感がわが胸に去来する。
鮎の苦みがお茶でやんわりと中和されている？
百合根の水羊羹と抹茶
じつはここのスペシャリテでもある。
とにかく美しい。そして儚げな味わいでもある。
ランチなのに酒を飲んだことで1万円を超えてしもたw
