Attack the juice. Pickled plums and kelp hot water. After enjoying the New Year's appetizer, I decided to try the white miso bowl. This is extremely delicious. After that, I continued to make soups, and each time I found out how delicious the soup was. Kyoto is amazing after all...I thought to myself while traveling alone. Good location too. It is interesting because it has a deep structure similar to the eel bed that is typical of machiya houses. In the past, there was a Chika on the other side that was loved by Yukio Mishima and Ken Kaiko, and I visited her several times, but it had to be relocated due to a fire.
