八坂神社から清水寺へ向かう散策の途中で立ち寄りました。
私は存じ上げませんでしたが、京都では有名な喫茶チェーンのようです。
いわゆるカフェではなく、コメダ珈琲や珈琲館に近い雰囲気。
【料理】
・ケーキセット(840円）をいただきました。ケーキは「レモンパイ」をチョイス。
かな～り甘い。パイ生地は薄くカリカリ感に乏く残念。
コーヒーはミルクと砂糖入り。(勿論ブラックも可)香り豊かですがこちらも甘い。
【雰囲気】
・外観通りレトロな内装です。天井は高く店内は広い。ただ、オープンキッチン形式
なので食器を洗う音などがガチャガチャと少しウルサイ。
お店は青龍苑の庭園に面しており、大きな窓からは庭が眺めますが、椅子は
いたって平凡で長居できるものではないです。
・一応分煙されているようだが、入店時には特に尋ねられる事はなかった。
【接客】
・とても丁寧で好印象です。すぐ近くに赤ちゃん連れの方がいましたが、
きっちりフォローされていました。
