祇園花月で笑った後は、カミさんも好きなキムタ君も
常連の安参に開店前に並ぼうと思っとったが、
このクソ暑い中、肉なんて喰いとう無いと宣う。
咄嗟に脳内検索、祇園新橋の竹香に向かう。
昼夜中華になるが、ここなら味も被らんしええじゃろと。
大昔の学生時代、ワシはこちらの数軒隣のオークラビルの
芸妓さんのお店でバイトしとった。雪そのさんお元気かなあ。
初めて連れてってくれたのもママさんで、バイトの子達とも
よう行ったなあ。祇園の中華言うても決して高くなく、
当時のワシがこれ中華？と吃驚した京都独特の味わいの中華。
花街の流儀に則り、匂いの残らぬ様、独自に変化根付いた味わい。
あっさり、スッキリ、少々甘め。食後感が一般的な中華と
明らかに異なり、軽く、モタレ無い。中国の人が食べたら
これ和食や言うんやなかろうか・・
原則オーダー1回のみ（混み状況によって違いあり）じゃから、
