創業1764年の歴史がある料亭ですが、テーブルに椅子なのでゆっくりできました。綺麗で美味しい京料理でお腹いっぱいになりました。配膳のペースも丁度良かった。
いろいろと料理をいただきましたが、こういった伝統的な料理も最近はあまり食べる機会がなかったのですが、あらためて美味しさに気がつきました。何回食べても飽きない味ですね。
流行り物はすぐ飽きちゃいますね。
