何年も前から鯖寿司を食べに行きたいと思っていたお店。
3週間前に予約してから行ってきました。
お盆休みでしたが、台風が近かったこともあり空いていました。こじんまりした店内はカウンター席とテーブル席があり、落ち着いた雰囲気です。
堅苦しくなくて気取らず過ごせる雰囲気でした。
注文したのは、
・鯖寿司（4切） 1,780円
・箱寿司（半分:5切）900円
・稲荷寿司（1個） 180円
・赤出汁 490円
・お吸い物 490円
お寿司は2切、巻物は6切からと少量で注文出来るのが嬉しい！！セットもありますが、今回は食べたいものを少しずつ注文してみました。
鯖寿司は酸味が控えめな優しいシャリに鯖の濃厚な味わいが広がります。鯖は肉厚でしっとりしていて上品。
とても美味しかったです。
箱寿司は3種類入って彩り豊か。
鱧の身に甘ダレを味付けしたもの、海老と伊達巻、白身魚と海老の組み合わせがありました。
もちっとして柔らかいシャリにネタの旨みが出ていて美味しかったです。
稲荷寿司は甘めで食べやすいお味。
赤出汁と一緒に食べて満足でした！！
大将握りたてのお寿司。
少しずつ味わうことが出来て満足でした！
